Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to delivery of an purchased products.

I accept payment via Paypal. A Paypal account is NOT required in order to use your credit or debit card via Paypal. You will have the opportunity to either login to Paypal or enter your credit card details on the PayPal screen without logging in.

PayPal allows for secure credit card transactions without having to provide Hobby Jeweller with your actual credit card details.

Delivery Policy

All orders must include freight costs and will not be sent C.O.D.

All perishables sent within Australia are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service or courier. Non-perishable items are sent by Australia Post’s Regular Mail Service.

Items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order, providing all the goods are in stock. However, orders are generally not dispatched on Thursday and Friday, to prevent perishable items sitting in a post office over the weekend. If we are out of stock on any item that has been ordered, we will contact the customer within two working days and advise an approximate expected delivery date. Payment will not be processed until the order is dispatched.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there has been damage caused to your purchase during the shipping please contact me within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

We will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, contact me within 14 calendar days to organise its return and a refund or replacement. Your item(s) will need to be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you return your jewellery using tracked delivery and we will be unable to refund items lost in transit where they are not insured in transit.

Custom orders or commissions (i.e. those made to a requested size not generally listed on the website ) may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds cannot be offered on earrings for health and safety reasons.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

This Privacy Policy applies to all transactions, access, use and conduct with Hobby Jeweller.

The Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use of personal information you may supply to us through your transactions.

The type of information that may be collected are name, phone number(s) and delivery address. The type of information that is NOT collected are any credit/debit card details used during transactions. This information is handled by PayPal directly.

The Privacy Policy shall be accepted as part of Hobby Jeweller’s Terms and Conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Hobby Jeweller may disclose information we have collected from you or information you have made available when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of third parties.

We endeavour to ensure the security, reliability and privacy of personal information provided is maintained, and we will take all reasonable steps to keep any information we hold about you secure.
